At Yana Digital Solution, we are committed to providing high-quality Local SEO and Digital Marketing services. Because our work involves custom strategy, immediate resource allocation, and interactions with third-party platforms, we adhere to the following policy for the United States and Canada.
1. The “7-Day Peace of Mind” Window (New)
For all new service contracts, we offer a Conditional Refund Window:
- Eligibility: You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial payment.
- Condition: This applies only if no substantial work has commenced. “Substantial work” includes, but is not limited to: completed audits, GBP reinstatement filings, website wireframes, or the launching of ad campaigns.
- Deduction: If a minor administrative setup has occurred, a flat $150 USD/CAD processing fee may be deducted from the refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once the 7-day window has passed or work has been initiated, payments are non-refundable for the following:
- GBP Reinstatement: We charge for our expertise and the manual filing process. As Google is a third party, we cannot guarantee their final decision.
- Completed SEO Audits & Strategy: Once delivered, the intellectual property cannot be “returned.”
- Website Development: Once the design or coding phase has begun.
- Monthly Management Fees: These are billed in advance for the upcoming month’s labor.
3. Advertising Spend (Third-Party Costs)
- Direct Spend: All payments made to Google Ads or Meta Ads are paid directly to the platforms. Yana Digital Solution does not hold these funds and cannot refund them.
- Management Fees: Fees paid to Yana Digital for managing your ads are non-refundable once the campaign is “Live.”
4. No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes
In accordance with US and Canadian consumer protection standards, we clarify that:
- Rankings/Leads: We follow industry best practices (white-hat SEO), but we do not guarantee specific search positions or lead counts.
- Platform Changes: Refunds are not issued due to Google algorithm updates, profile suspensions, or changes in platform terms of service that occur after our work is delivered.
5. Cancellations for Retainer Services
- Notice Period: For ongoing monthly SEO or GBP management, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
- Final Billing: You will be responsible for the final month of service following your notice. No partial-month refunds are provided.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We value our relationship with our clients. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank (in the US/Canada), we require that you contact info@yanadigitalsolution.com to attempt a good-faith resolution.
- Note: Unauthorized chargebacks for services already rendered will result in the immediate suspension of all SEO work and may be reported to business credit bureaus.
7. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by international commercial standards. Any disputes regarding refunds that cannot be resolved via our support team will be subject to the Dispute Resolution terms found in our [Terms & Conditions].
